So what do you do? Well you can pick the person you find yourself wanting to mirror and say I will look like that... Many people do this. But, unfortunately it is not that easy. Wanting and being realistic are not always the same. Sure we hear we can do anything we put are mind to and to some extent this is true. But the outcome is not that exact a science. What do I mean by this? Sure if you put your mind to workingout 3 days a week for 2 hours per session, this is definitely an achievable goal. It can be done and I hope that you will set yourself to it and do it. The problem comes in when we do not know the exact outcome. Two individuals can do the same exact exercises for the same period of time with the exact weight and the outcomes will be different. Actually a thousand individuals could do the same and each and everyone would have different results. So what do you do to sculpt yourself after someone. Actually you can't, you can only work on the basic muscle groups and modify to your specific body type, build, genetic makeup, metabolism, chemical makeup...etc, etc, etc. So you see why it is impossible to make a hard and fast plan to achieve your goal. So what we need to do is start somewhere and that is to take a basic approach of getting the body you have now into a better shape to start sculpting.
So you surely want to pick that perfect specimen you would like to look like and keep that body in mind. We will work toward that physical makeup and you will have the ultimate goal.
